As a wholesale distribution business, we depend very heavily on our IT - especially our networks, servers and email. While we’ve always been lucky to have had a solid network, we suffered for many years with significant email issues. Our email server was located on-premise which meant that if our broadband was down, our email didn’t work. Even when it was working, it could be quite temperamental and this led to a lot of stress, frustration and delays.

We employed the services of Panoptic IT Solutions to migrate our email to the cloud using Microsoft 365, as well as upgrading all our networks and Wifi at the same time. I have to say that the process was absolutely seamless, meticulously planned and executed. This means that our staff had practically no downtime and hardly even noticed the transition. We were guaranteed that once the move to Microsoft 365 was completed, we would have no more email problems. Some of us were sceptical, considering the years of issues we’d experienced, but I must say it’s been true. We now have so much more flexibility, we feel completely secure and we just don’t have email issues anymore.
